Whanau night term one 2019

Alot of organising and volunteer help went into organising this by enticing families in with a raffle, swim, bbq. It was the busiest I had seen the school and was so cool to see and meet so many whanau members that we hadn't previously. We had a great catchment in room 10. Still some parents that I haven't even met yet however we plan to catch them via email and using seesaw if they are not in for conference. Team teaching role worked well meeting the parents and the response to our positions in the room seemed positive. My takeaway was that they want their children settled this year with the same teachers and continuity. The survey was abit wording and didn't really cover what parents wanted to even add in.
