Behavior management with job share
I have often found being the teacher doing less days I feel like I get 'reliever behavior' and maybe I allow this in some ways as I am not in much and it isn't 'my' class. So this year I would like to work on establishing a much better class environment, better handling of behavior issues and a quieter working noise level as that is something that has come up in observations.
ILY PD, organise observations, persevere, observe Sarah for continuity.
