Strategic planning - Good to reflect on goals and feel achievement with what we have done and look forward and discuss different ways we can go about things this year. Great motivation for getting things done and new ideas.
Art - The letter idea is great and makes you think about your connection with the school and the meaning of these important values that we have. Going with a kowhaiwhai pattern on mine to symbolize hospitality and new growth. TPS has always been a very welcoming and happy place for me and we are always striving for the students, ourselves and the whanau/community to thrive and grow.
Staff handbook - Just good to re-familiarize ourselves again and make sure everyone is on the same page with policies etc. Good chance for discussions with colleagues about how we would like our school to be.
